responsable de la nueva prohibición que entrará en vigor el dia 1 de Mayo y que afecta a un gran colectivo
como somos los pescadores de playa.
La nueva ley, prohibición o llamemosle como queramos nos prohibe a los pescadores ejercer nuestro deporte
en la playa del prat las 24h del dia, escepto al final de la misma la cual hace varios años que está habilitada
para dicho menester la cual apartir de dicho dia se nos va a quedar en nada si contamos con que cada
pescador va con 2 cañas a pescar.
Los pescadores que habitualmente vamos a nuestra playa a pescar nos preguntamos, que hemos hecho
para merecer esto ? acaso molestamos a alguien?, impedimos que los demás ciudadanos tomen el sol
por la noche?, o acaso molestamos a los chiringuitos que hay pasado el club nautico?, hay alguno?.
En fin una prohibición más sacada de la manga sin dar explicación alguna y que poco a poco los
ayuntamientos de los pueblos costeros nos van cerrando el circulo a este colectivo que solo quiere
pasar un rato ejerciendo nuestro deporte preferido.

Siempre hay alguien que puede "liarla" ya sea pescador o no, pero la solucion no es prohibir algo como lo que nosotros hacemos, pescar y pasar un buen rato.
Yo personalmente, de todas las veces que he ido, y llevo 3 o 4 años, nunca nadie se me ha quejado de que estoy pescando y le molesto, nunca he visto a nadie quejarsele a otro pescador que estubiese al lado, por eso no llego a entender esta prohibición, a caso a usted le hemos molestado alguna vez??

Entendería que se prohibiese la pesca del 08:00 a 20:00 más o menos ya que en verano hay gente en la playa y la pesca puede ser no compatible con los bañistas, hasta aquí creo que todos estamos de acuerdo, pero lo de las 24h ¿de donde se ha sacado el/la inteligente esa franja horaria?, ¿es que a las 12 de la noche hay muchos bañistas o gente en la playa? a esas horas solo hay pescadores y algunos que buscan cosas que rozan el límite de la legalidad, pero ese es otro tema aunque más importante es más difícil de erradicar y por lo tanto al Ayuntamiento no le interesa meter mano no sea que se queme.
Esta claro que esto va a ser así y nos toca asumirlo ( que quede claro que yo no pesco en el Prat, pero estas modas que los políticos piensan con su cerebro de coeficiente 60 se les acaban pegando a los políticos de otros municipios, que en lugar de pensar copian lo que ven, y esto se puede convertir en una epidemia).
En fin, hasta que esto pase buscaremos mejores municipios para ir de pescar que por suerte en tema de pesca el Prat no es de lo mejor pero seguro que mucha gente pesca en esa zona, ya sea por cercanía o por haber obtenido buenos resultados, a todo ellos "deberíais movilizaros".

Espero Sr Tejedor que si usted lee esto, rectifique en esa prohibicion, y no se pusiese usted a la altura de otros Alcaldes de Levante, podemos convivir con otros usuarios de las playas, igual que lo hemos echo hasta ahora.

Me pregunto cuales son sus atribuciones y hasta donde llegan. Soy un jubilado que he contribuido durante 43 años y ahora que puedo permitirme eL l LUJO" vaya por Dios de poder pasar el resto de dias que me quedan, Vd. se le ha ocurrido truncarme todas estas pequeñas ilusiones. El simple hecho de ir a pescar. Que pasa que le gusta pasearse con su barquita por toda ella para conseguir votos.....No cuente con el mio, no señor. Tenga en cuenta que el poder es como la edad, no se es joven siempre y normalmente cuando uno escupe hacia arriba al final es posible que nos caiga, tengamos el cargo que tengamos.
